After I finish my Food enginiering professional degree a postgraduate course that I want to take in the future is the post-title in ''management, cuality and safety of food'', this course is given in the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Pharmacy in the University of Chile, but I don't discard study in another country if I have the chance.
The most interesting part of this course to me if the cuality management of the food, I ever want to improve the cuality of the food in this country and the conocements that this part of the course give to me are very good.
This course is a part-time course, the presential classes are 3 hours twice or three times a week. In my personal opinion I prefer study in distance.
If I finish this post-title aproving all the contents I can continue with a master in food with mention in management, cuality, and safety in food doing the master thesis proyect.
The duration of these 2 postgraduate course is 6 semester in total, 3 years more of studies, but for me is the best or safest option.
Another option that I have is study a MBA master degree, and when I finish that make my own company of food this option is most risk but the people say that nothing ventured, nothing gained so maybe the best option could be this.
In my opinion I prefer the first option because is the safest.
